On July 27, the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom issued its highly anticipated decision in The Kingdom of Bahrain v. Shehabi and another (Shehabi). The majority of the court confirmed that the Kingdom of Bahrain is not immune from litigation stemming from the hacking of the devices of Bahraini dissidents living in the United Kingdom with FinSpy spyware.
